For over 25 years, I have been deeply immersed in yoga, meditation and holistic wellness. My journey started with a high-stress academic backround- I studied politics at the University of Essex, navigating intense enviroments that demanden resillience and balance. Later working on similar high-pressure settings, I wanted to learn how to manage stress and enhance my well-being, which ultimately shaped my passion for helping others to find inner peace and live fully and stress free.

To deepen my knowledge, I have continuously educated my self in various disciplines, including yoga, meditation, breathwork, stress managment techniques, crystal bowl therapy, fitness and nutrition.I have attented specialized seminars and studied different methologies to understand how stress affects the body, mind and spirit- and more importantly how to release it effctively.

Through this journey I discovered that working on stress only through the mind, body or spirit brings good results, but the most profound and lasting transformation happens when all three are engaged together. This realization led me to develope my 3-Phase Approach,which integrates different methods and adresses mind,body and spirit simultaneously. By addressing stress on all levels at once, we dont just manage it-we release it, restoring balance, clarity, deep inner peace which leads to a Fully Life!
